3/19/12 – Turning Negative Emotions to Positive

“Anytime you feel negative emotion, stop and say: Something is important here; otherwise, I would not be feeling this negative emotion. What is it that I want? And then simply turn your attention to what you do want. . . . In the moment you turn your attention to what you want, the negative attraction will stop; and in the moment the negative attraction stops, the positive attraction will begin. And—in that moment—your feeling will change from not feeling good to feeling good.”

That’s all, just a thought, speaks for itself.  But I can tell you this, I’ve had some negative thoughts taking over lately and when I got to the bottom of what I needed and wanted, I turned my attention to that, focused on that and then worked with those around me on how to get it. The power of positive emotions, thoughts and feelings is crazy! Think about your thoughts. Are they positive? If not, why not? Make an effort. You are the ONLY one that has control over your thoughts and your happiness.
